- pizza dough shopping list
- 1 package dry yeast shopping list
- 3/4 cup warm water(105 to 115 degrees) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 TBS olive oil shopping list
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour shopping list

- Calzones shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 lb cooked italian sausage crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 Cups mozzarella cheese - Shredded shopping list
- 1 Cup sliced mushrooms shopping list

- Sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 2 8oz cans of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves -chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves - chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix tomato sauce, garlic, spices, and pepper(s) simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix onions, pepper, mushroom, sausage, and cheese.
- Layer the ingredients on top of pizza (do not put the sauce on)
- Fold over and seal the pizza crust, cut three slices on top of the calzone before baking.
- Dust pizza pan with corn meal pat out pizza dough
- Bake in 425 oven until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown, 15 - 20 minute

Hay mark, this works really good. A real start from scratch, DIY recipe. I do get a bit wherry of recipes that open a can of this and a packet of that, etc., etc., etc. If you ever decide to get your tongue removed from your cheek I know a good doct...more
