California Ruben Recipe

	Morninlite / All my dishes 6 months, 3 weeks ago I first had this from a guy who came up to my office in Glendale, Ca with a cooler full of deli sandwiches. He'd take requests from me because he'd run out of this one. Not really sure what it was called, but they call it California Ruben here in Michigan... More Prep:5m Servings:1	Morninlite

Ingredients

3 - 6 slices oven roasted sliced deli turkey (This is important for the best flavor).

1-2 slices swiss cheese or smoky provalone (or both)

1/4 c. creamy coleslaw (your homemade recipe is perfect)

2 slices of marbled rye bread

Directions

Layer cheese and turkey on one slice of marble rye bread

Spread with coleslaw

Top with other slice of bread

Cut in half and serve with a fat dill pickle and kettle chips.
