This is one of the things I served at a friend's bridal shower. It is very tasty but goes away quickly.

Ingredients
  • 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 C. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 C. chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in pineapple,onions and seasonings.
  3. Turn onto a sheet of wax paper and shape into a ball.
  4. Refrigerate over night.
  5. Before serving roll in the nuts.
  6. Serve with your choice of crackers.
