How to make it

  • In med. saucepan over high heat,whisk together soy sauce,sugar,chicken broth,onion powder and ginger. Bring to boil;reduce heat and simmer 5 mins. Remove mixture from heat and whisk in lemon juice and hot chili paste. Place chicken in mixture. Cover;marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  • Grill chicken over low heat and baste constantly with the marinade. Once chicken looks glazed and browned,move to higher rack,close grill lid and finish low and slow. As chicken is finishing,boil marinade. This can be used as additional sauce to pour over chicken.

    I can't wait until this weekend when I get my new grill! Gosh I miss grilling, and this one is going straight to the saves for trying it. Probably leave out the chili paste...we are pansies, LOL. --Kn0x--
