How to make it

  • Start with sauteing the onions in a little olive oil (or butter, if you prefer)
  • Add chiles, El Pato, beans, tomatoes and oregano
  • Add as much shredded pork as you like
  • Stir, bring to simmer, cover, stirring occasionally - keep on stove till ready to eat.
  • The pork had already been salted and seasoned, so I didn't need to add any more
  • Just make to your taste.
  • Serve with corn bread or cheesy biscuits.
  • Mmm Mmm Good!
