How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet then sauté onions until tender then add sugar after first 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Stir occasionally for 15 minutes then remove onions from skillet and set aside.
  • Brush chicken on both sides with mustard then sprinkle with pepper.
  • Sauté in the same skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Arrange reserved onions over the chicken and heat through then serve
