Spinach with Bacon and Mushrooms

- 2 slices bacon diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion shopping list
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 pound fresh spinach leaves well washed and stems removed shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp.
- Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel then set aside.
- In same skillet cook onion in bacon drippings 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms then raise the heat to medium high and cook and stir 4 minutes.
- Add spinach then cook and stir just until it is wilted about 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with reserved bacon and ground pepper.
