Mocha Banana Smoothie

- 2 bananas, frozen and sliced into chunks shopping list
- 3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk or soy milk (more or less, if desired) shopping list
- 3 tsp. espresso powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. malted milk powder (Ovaltine) shopping list
- 1 tsp honey, agave nectar or sweetener of your choice shopping list
- 2 tbsp. ground flaxmeal (optional) shopping list
- whipped cream and cocoa powder for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a blender (or food processor, if your dog knocked over and broke your blender...)
- Blend together for 30 seconds or until desired consistency
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Garnish with a little whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, if desired.
