Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp, sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 3 Tbs. butter shopping list
- May Add risins if desired} shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl combined Oats Flour Baking soda and sugar
- Combine the Egg buttermilk and butter
- Stir in dry ingredients till just moistened
- Pour batter by 1/3 cupsful on a greased hot griddle
- Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook untill second side is golden brown
