Greek Penne with Fresh Tomatoes Feta and Dill

- 2 pounds ripe tomatoes, halved, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 6 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 12 to 16 ounces penne pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Toss together tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese, parsley, dill and olive oil. Set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Add hot pasta to tomato mixture.
- Toss to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
