Greek Penne With Fresh Tomatoes Feta And Dill Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ripe tomatoes, halved, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 to 16 ounces penne pasta

Directions
  1. Toss together tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese, parsley, dill and olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Add hot pasta to tomato mixture.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
