Ingredients
  • 1 (12oz) pkg medium seashell pasta
  • 1 (10oz)pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4c olive oil
  • 1/2c bread crumbs
  • 1-1/2(26oz)jars tomato-basil pasta sauce(or your own)
  • 1 (8oz)pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8oz)pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bring lg.pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta 8 to 10 mins till al dente;drain. Bring 1/2c water to boil and cook spinach 4to 6 mins. till tender.
  3. Place cooked pasta in med. bowl. In small bowl,whisk together eggs and oil. Toss pasta with the cooked spinach,egg mixture and bread crumbs.
  4. Cover bottom of 9x13" baking dish with 1/3 of the pasta sauce. por 1/2 pasta mixture in baking dish and cover with another 1/3 of the pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheddar and 1/2 mozzarella. Layer with remaining pasta mixture and top with remaining sauce.. Sprinkle with rest of cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Bake 45 mins.in preheated oven,or till bubbly and lightly browned.
