Toffifee Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups
  • In a bowl, mix the almonds, flour, baking powder, baking soda
  • In another bowl mix the oil, egg, sugar, sour cream, buttermilk and melted Nutella
  • Combine both bowl ingredients together.
  • Mix just to make wet and blend.
  • Then fill prepared tins one full with mixture and place a candy in the center, place on remaining filling over the candy
  • Bake in 180C oven about 20 minutes or tested done
  • Cool completely
  • Use additional paper and tins as needed to make muffins
