How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until tender(about 10 to 12 minutes)
  • Drain and set aside
  • In skillet, saute garlic and green onions in butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes over med. low heat
  • Place potatoes in serving bowl
  • Toss in butter garlic sauce and parsley
  • Season with salt and cracked pepper
  • serve warm or can be refrigerated and used for potato salad
