Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in a 9x13 pan
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over butter
  • Cut cherries into quarters and sprinkle over sugar/butter
  • Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar
  • Drain crushed pineapple. Mix coconut and pineapple and rum, then gently spread over sugar/butter/cherries
  • Prepare cake according to package directions.
  • Pour gently over "topping"
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
