Pina-colada Upsidedown Cake Aka Why Is The Rum Gone Cake

- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs turbinado sugar (raw) shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of rum essence shopping list
- 6 maricino cherries shopping list
- 1 20oz can crushed pineapple - drained shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- ~@~ shopping list
- 1 box French vanilla cake Mix shopping list
- *1 1/4 cups water shopping list
- * 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- * 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp rum essence shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a 9x13 pan
- Sprinkle brown sugar over butter
- Cut cherries into quarters and sprinkle over sugar/butter
- Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar
- Drain crushed pineapple. Mix coconut and pineapple and rum, then gently spread over sugar/butter/cherries
- Prepare cake according to package directions.
- Pour gently over "topping"
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
