How to make it

  • Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on the chicken and fry the chicken pieces in the butter until they start to brown.
  • Add the onion and continue to fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the stock and get it to a simmer. Then add the cream and cheese. Stir.
  • When the cheese has melted use the cornflour to bind the sauce to your taste.
  • You could now spread the sauce in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle on some extra cheese. Grill for a few minutes untill the cheese on top is nice and bubbly (longer if you store the sauce in the fridge). But just like it is it's also very nice.
  • Serve over pasta. Good with either a green salad, tomatoes or my favourite: broccoli.
