Zucchini Casserole Recipe
This dish smells wonderful while cooking. The zucchini casserole goes great with any meat or fish dish. A family favorite!

Ingredients
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1medium tomato, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1tsp. garlic salt
  • 1tbsp. butter / margerine
  • 1tsp. italian seasonings
  • 1tsp,fresh chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs ( your choice)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. In greased 1 quart baking dish layer zucchini, tomato and onion until gone
  2. Sprinkle layers with salt, pepper, garlic salt and herbs
  3. Top with with crumbs and cheese
  4. Dot with butter
  5. Baked uncovered at 35 0 degrees until vegetables are done (
  6. Serves 2 (recipe may be doubled)
  7. Enjoy!
