Zucchini Casserole

- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1medium tomato, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- 1tbsp. butter / margerine shopping list
- 1tsp. italian seasonings shopping list
- 1tsp,fresh chopped basil shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs ( your choice) shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In greased 1 quart baking dish layer zucchini, tomato and onion until gone
- Sprinkle layers with salt, pepper, garlic salt and herbs
- Top with with crumbs and cheese
- Dot with butter
- Baked uncovered at 35 0 degrees until vegetables are done (
- Serves 2 (recipe may be doubled)
