How to make it

  • Place frozen fillets in single layer in appropriate size baking dish
  • In large frying pan, saute chopped onion till about translucent
  • Add chopped green chiles and enchilada sauce and bring to simmer
  • Add cream cheese and incorporate till smooth
  • Pour over tilapia fillets
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
  • Bake at 375* for 30 minutes (if using fresh or unthawed fish, around 20 minutes)
  • I had it with/over black beans and rice, but hubby had his in corn tortillas with some of the rice.
