Cucumber Salad With Dill Recipe

Good side dish for all those summer cukes coming off the vine

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
- 4 to 6 cucumbers(1 pound)
Directions
- Combine sour cream, lemon juice and dill
- Add salt and pepper to your taste
- Whisk well to combine
- Cucumbers need to be halved lengthwise
- Then thinly slice crosswise
- Toss with dill to coat
- Serve as is or refrigerate for 4 hours
