Cucumber salad with dill Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine sour cream, lemon juice and dill
  • Add salt and pepper to your taste
  • Whisk well to combine
  • Cucumbers need to be halved lengthwise
  • Then thinly slice crosswise
  • Toss with dill to coat
  • Serve as is or refrigerate for 4 hours

    Cucumbers and dill are a match made in Heaven. I love this with BBQ and with a chunk of cornbread.
