Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Combine and cook these ingredients until done.
  • Drain any grease.
  • ADD:
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound diced cheese (Velveeta, cheddar or whatever you like best)
  • 1 small can tomato PASTE

Directions
  1. Do NOT add these ( last 3 above ) ingredients until the cooked mixture is COOL
  2. Add additional seasoning to TASTE!
  3. Put on open faced hamburger buns and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes and then turn on broiler for about 5 minutes.
