Lobster Stuffed Shells

- 1 (5oz) pkg. giant pasta shells shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs cooked lobster meat shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 t. basil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c. grated parm shopping list
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c. melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cook shells according to pkg.
- Drain and rinse with cold water
- Chop lobster meat
- Melt butter in a large pan
- Saute celery, onion and garlic until tender
- Add lobster and cook until lobster is heated through
- Beat together egg, cheese and parm and salt & pepper
- Add to lobster mixture and mix
- Stuff shells
- Pour spaghetti sauce into greased shallow casserole
- Place shells side by side in a single layer
- Combine melted butter & crumbs
- Sprinkle over shells
- Bake 2 375 for 30-35 minutes

That's great and 5 forks but I can assure you there will never be left-over lobster in this house. Always not enough!
