Red Lenthil Soup

- • 1 cup red lentil, washed and cleaned shopping list
- • 4 cups vegetable or meat stock shopping list
- • 1/4 cup mild onion, finely chopped shopping list
- • 1/2 cup white potato, peeled and diced shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste) shopping list
- • pepper (to taste) shopping list
- • 1/2 tbspoon tomato paste shopping list
- • 1 tbspoon flour shopping list
- • 1 tbspoon butter shopping list
How to make it

- Place the red lentils in a colandar and rinse. Sift through to remove and debris or damaged beans.
- 2
- Place the washed and cleaned lentils into a medium pot with the stock, potatoes, onions and paprika. Bring the pot to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20-30minutes until the lentils are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- place the butter in to small pot whein its melted and getting Brown add to flour , roested almost 2 minutes (flour color must be light Brown) add to tomato paste
- add to 1 glass water or meat stock when everythings is mix well add to boiled red lentils mixture ..
- mix well with blender ..2 minutes
- serve after main dish with roasted garlic bread..
