  • Put in a large pot in no particular order and simmer all day. Serve with Colby cheese or sour cream. This chili freezes great and becomes more mild the second day.

    Sounds great with the pineapple. Very different, I'm sure I would love it but not sure about my hubby. He's not a big fan of pineapple; Personally I love it, goes great with lots of stuff.
