How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients for cookie dough then mix all ingredients for filling and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Flour hands and shape 1 tablespoon dough around 1 peanut butter ball.
  • Place on cookie sheet and flatten with sugared glass.
  • Bake at 375 for 9 minutes then cool on wire racks completely.

    Heavens to Betsy! A version of this won the Pillsbury Million $ Bake-Off in 2008, http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=44842. I bet these are really delicious. I tried the million dollar winner and personally didn't care for the cinnamon or nuts on top, and I like cinnamon and nuts! These sound delicious. Thanks for sharing. Peg
