Peanut Butter Middles Recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

Filling:

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients for cookie dough then mix all ingredients for filling and roll into 1-inch balls.

Flour hands and shape 1 tablespoon dough around 1 peanut butter ball.

Place on cookie sheet and flatten with sugared glass.

Bake at 375 for 9 minutes then cool on wire racks completely.
