Peanut Butter Middles

These are fantastic little cookies that are bursting with peanut butter flavor. Great for the choocolate and peanut butters in your life. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients for cookie dough then mix all ingredients for filling and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Flour hands and shape 1 tablespoon dough around 1 peanut butter ball.
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten with sugared glass.
- Bake at 375 for 9 minutes then cool on wire racks completely.
