Ingredients
  • 6 thin slices Cotto Salami (get the best)
  • 2 Baby kosher dill pickles (about 2.5 inches in length)
  • Cracked wheat bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Yellow Mustard

Directions
  1. Same drill:
  2. Apply Mayo on both sides, spreading edge to edge, no dry spots.
  3. Shoot on a dab of mustard (see pic) and work into the mayo on both sides.
  4. Cut the pickles thin (see pic).
  5. Sliced cotto is round. We have square bread. We strive for perfection (Shandy) so we trim the cotto into a square.
  6. Lay 3 slices on each half (see pic).
  7. Lay extra cut pieces (see pic) on both sides covering all bread edges.
  8. Spread all the sliced pickles on the salami (see pic).
  9. Close and eat.

Yum!! i love to take baby dills (or sweets) and roll them in cotto (really any lunchmeat cuz i'm a sucker for overly processed foods!) with some cream cheese!

How can I not love this? It's Italian ! Great job JJ
