Ingredients

2 lbs yellow onions, chopped

1 cup molasses

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 tbls. crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. Hot sauce

Directions

Put onions and crushed red peppers in food processor

Chop fine

Add all ingredients to saucepan and heat until simmering, stirring constantly

Simmer 8 hours
