Ingredients

4 pork chops

2 cans baked beans

1 lemon,sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 T brown sugar

1 T molasses

2 T ketchup

1 tsp mustard

1 T Worcestershire sauce

2 T Heinz 57

dash salt

pepper

Directions

Preheat oven 350 F

Wash pork chops & pat dry. Open beans & empty both cans into 9x13"pan

Gently lay pork chops on top of beans

Mix brown sugar,molasses,ketchup,mustard,Worcestershire,Heinz 57,salt & pepper (use spicy pepper if desired) in a small bowl, w/a spoon.

Spread approx. T of mixture over each chop.

Top each chop w/slice of onion & lemon on top.

Lay remaining onions slices over the beans.

Cover with foil & bake for 1 hour with foil. Remove foil,spread any remaining sauce over chops & bake for another 20-30 minutes, watching as not to burn.

Let set for 15 minutes & serve!
