How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 F
  • Wash pork chops & pat dry. Open beans & empty both cans into 9x13"pan
  • Gently lay pork chops on top of beans
  • Mix brown sugar,molasses,ketchup,mustard,Worcestershire,Heinz 57,salt & pepper (use spicy pepper if desired) in a small bowl, w/a spoon.
  • Spread approx. T of mixture over each chop.
  • Top each chop w/slice of onion & lemon on top.
  • Lay remaining onions slices over the beans.
  • Cover with foil & bake for 1 hour with foil. Remove foil,spread any remaining sauce over chops & bake for another 20-30 minutes, watching as not to burn.
  • Let set for 15 minutes & serve!
  • Easy & tasty!
