Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cans baked beans
  • 1 lemon,sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T molasses
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T Heinz 57
  • dash salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 F
  2. Wash pork chops & pat dry. Open beans & empty both cans into 9x13"pan
  3. Gently lay pork chops on top of beans
  4. Mix brown sugar,molasses,ketchup,mustard,Worcestershire,Heinz 57,salt & pepper (use spicy pepper if desired) in a small bowl, w/a spoon.
  5. Spread approx. T of mixture over each chop.
  6. Top each chop w/slice of onion & lemon on top.
  7. Lay remaining onions slices over the beans.
  8. Cover with foil & bake for 1 hour with foil. Remove foil,spread any remaining sauce over chops & bake for another 20-30 minutes, watching as not to burn.
  9. Let set for 15 minutes & serve!
  10. Easy & tasty!
