How to make it
- In pie dish,whisk together the corn flake crumbs,chili powder,cumin and garlic salt. Pour evaporated milk into second pie plate.
- Dip a piece of chicken into the milk and shake off excess.Roll around in corn flake crumbs till completely coated. Shake off excess. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Bake chicken at 375 for 50 to 55 mins or till golden and crispy and internal temp. is 160.
- May be served warm or room temperature.
