HAM NOODLE CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the O’Dell Estate in Fate, Texas in 1997.

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2-1/2 ounce can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 3 ounces uncooked medium noodles cooked and drained
  • 3/4 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 then combine soup, milk and sour cream in large bowl.
  2. Add celery and mushrooms then stir in ham and noodles.
  3. Pour mixture into medium casserole dish then combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  4. Sprinkle over ham mixture then bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
