Boursin Cheese with Fresh Herbs

- 8 oz. cottage cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick or 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 4 large cloves of garlic, minced very fine shopping list
- 2 medium shallots, minced very fine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, packed tight shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh thyme, leaves only no stems shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper (coarsely ground) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- pinch of kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium size mixing bowl, blend cheeses and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and store in crocks or ramekins in the refrigerator. Makes 4 cups.
