Ingredients
  • One half English seedless cucumber (that's what I had) quartered and sliced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped removing seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • Dillweed (didn't measure, just shook in, I'd say 1/2 tsp. maybe)
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • Chopped fresh basil - approx. 1 Tbsp.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sour cream (I used light, approx. 1/4 cup, just enough to coat)
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Chop and mix all ingredients in small bowl and serve.
  2. Enjoy.
