Cucumber and Tomato Salad ala Donna

This is what I came up with tonight to go with our steak using what I had on hand. I only made it for 2, but you can increase ingredients to suit your needs and taste. The fresh basil really gives it a good flavor, and the sliced black olives are a fun addition.
Ingredients
- One half English seedless cucumber (that's what I had) quartered and sliced shopping list
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped removing seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion shopping list
- Dillweed (didn't measure, just shook in, I'd say 1/2 tsp. maybe) shopping list
- 1 small can sliced black olives shopping list
- Chopped fresh basil - approx. 1 Tbsp. shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- sour cream (I used light, approx. 1/4 cup, just enough to coat) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and mix all ingredients in small bowl and serve.
- Enjoy.
