Bond James Bond Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs (shells washed)

salt and pepper to taste

2 good size dollops of unsalted cream butter

Directions

Heat medium saucepan on lowest heat

Add 1 large dollop of butter

In a bowl crack eggs

add salt and pepper

beat with a fork 4 or 5 strokes

Pour into the pan when butter is melted; not brown

stir gently but continuously with wooden spoon

when set but not firm

add 2nd dollop of butter and stir gently until fluffy

Serve immediately on white toast
