Ingredients

5 Granny Smith apples, cored, shredded and well drained

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1 carrot, peeled and shredded

1 cup raisins

1 cup walnuts, chopped

2 cups mayonnaise

1 tbls. apple cider vinegar

2 tbls. brown sugar, packed

1 tbls. poppy seed

Directions

In mixing bowl, add apples and lemon juice, then blend

Add carrots, raisins and walnuts and mix to blend

In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well

Add to apple mixture and chill well
