Granny Smith Apple Slaw

I'm always looking for a salad to send along with my husband's lunch...This was one I found online that he absolutely loves....But then again, fruit and veggies are his candy...The original recipe didn't call for lemon juice but like it in this recipe
Ingredients
- 5 granny smith apples, cored, shredded and well drained shopping list
- juice from 1/2 lemon shopping list
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tbls. apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbls. brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 tbls. poppy seed shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, add apples and lemon juice, then blend
- Add carrots, raisins and walnuts and mix to blend
- In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Add to apple mixture and chill well
