How to make it

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Slowly whisk in the polenta.
  • Add the salt and cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked or heated pasta sauce, (do not put too much it will be soupy).
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and margarine. Mix well.
  • Can be served with Sauge, chicken or any other meat
  • Serve immediately.

    Tasty dish, but needs some spices. On its own it is for me somewhat bland. I made it once more with some tweaks. I added onion, garlic, some minced rosemary and basil, green bell pepper and chicken.
