PECAN PIE COOKIES

all the taste of pecan pie in a cookie
Ingredients
- 1-cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4-cup softened butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2-cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 1-cup pecans shopping list
- 1/2-cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4-cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Combine brown sugar and butter in a large bowl.
- Beat and scrape bowl often, until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Continue beating until well blended.
- Add flour & bakinging powder, beat until mixed well.
- Shape dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on a UNgreased baking sheet.
- Make indentions in each cookie with thumb, deep enough to add filling.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a small bowl.
- Fill each cookie wi 1 rounded tsp full.
- Bake 8-10 minutes oruntil lightly browned.
- Cool 1 minute and remove from baking sheet.
