I knew you were from Missouri when I saw this recipe. I have been making a braunschweiger ball for about 40 years. It's got a few of the same ingredients as yours. Love your recipe, thanks and five forks. By the way, I'm from Massachusetts and had never heard of braunschweiger until I arrived in Missouri. Have been eating it ever since.

Wow!I knew that we were some what alike.I have an dip up that you may like.Matter of fact.As long as you see that dip off the side. The last one. That's what I make but I call it Sandy's Dip.I hope that you'll give it a try some time.

OK -so after a bit of googling I can work out that braunschweiger is somewhat like liverwurst ,is that correct ? I'm looking for dips that are a bit different for a big party we're having .

Love thisstuff. Gotta try this one soon!
