Barf 4 Dinner Recipe

	Ozsmom / All my dishes 4 months ago I have no idea what the real name of this recipe is but many years ago my nephew called this barf 4 dinner and the name stuck. Ingredients

1 pkg small pasta shells

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup ricotta

2 cups Mozzarella (grated);divided

1 cup Parmesan (grated)

1 small green pepper (cut in bitesize pieces)

1 jar Spaghetti sauce

Directions

Cook pasta

Add cottage cheese, ricotta, half of the mozzerella, parmesan, peppers & sauce

Mix it until it looks like the recipe name

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45minutes.

Weeping christ, it's practically all cheese! I can see everything except the cottage cheese part, but I'm sure it lends something to the dish. Where did you get this from? Can I maybe substitute the bell pepper for jalepano? Maybe throw some onions in there as well? I'm afraid to suggest this to my gf, she's a cheese hound and would get herself sick on this. Well, thanks for the suggestion anyway, the name sure caught my attention.. lol
