How to make it

  • Very lightly Brown pork chops and set aside.
  • Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can French fried onions. bell pepper and celery Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • add some ears of corn and salad for sides and a nice cool soda or tea
