  • Orange-Mango Dressing
  • Method
  • *Jalapeno peppers can sting and irritate the skin. Wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes.
  • Place mango in food processor; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Makes 1 cup
  • Refrigerate till ready to use.
  • Slaw Method
  • 1)Combine cabbage, mangoes, bell peppers, green onions and cilantro in large bowl; stir gently to mix evenly. Pour in the prepared chilled Orange-Mango Dressing; toss gently to coat.
  • 2)Serve, or store in frig. Up to a day.
  • Calories per serving: 124
