Chicken Breasts with Tomatoes and Olives

- 4 (6oz) boneless,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 c multi-colored cherry or gape tomatoes,halved shopping list
- 3 Tbs oil and vinegar dressing shopping list
- 20 olives (Kalamata and Picholine)olives,halved shopping list
- 1/2 c (2oz)crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill to med-high heat. Sprinkle chicken evenly with1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray,and grill 6 mins each side or till chicken is done. Keep warm.
- Combine tomatoes,1-1/2 Tb dressing and olives in a med. skillet over med. heat,and cook for 2 mins or till tomatoes soften slightly amd mixture is thoroughly heated,stirring occasionally. Brush chicken with remaining 1-1/2 Tb dressing.
- Cut each chicken breast half into 3/4" slices. Top each half with 1/4 c tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle each serving with 2 Tbs cheese and torn basil leaves,if desired.
