I found this recipe a few years ago from a B & B in Kentucky. The smell that fills your home when these are cooking is amazing. I wish there was a candle or room spray that smelled liked that.

I made these this morning. Quite awesome! Everyone was raving about them, and the pancakes were so light! I made a couple of adjustments. I used fresh pumpkin, boiled down. With the honey butter, I used raw pumpkin seeds rather than pecans (Wonderful!). With the pumpkin sauce, I halved the recipe and added 2 tbsp melted butter. It was creamy and very flavorful! Thanks so much for posting the recipe. It was wonderful!
