Pumpkin Pancakes or Waffles

- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 2 tsps baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- ***honey-Pecan Butter*** shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- OR shopping list
- ***pumpkin Sauce*** shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- OR shopping list
- ***HOT cider SAUCE FOR PANCAKES*** shopping list
- Combine 3/4 cup apple juice or cider shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- Bring to a boil shopping list
- Simmer about 15 minutes shopping list
- Makes 1 1/4 cups sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients.
- Batter will be lumpy.
- Spray grill or waffle maker with cooking spray.
- Bake pancakes on grill using medium heat until bubbles rise to the surface and edges are brown.
- Turn and bake until golden brown.
- Serve with Honey-Pecan butter
- Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
- Chop nuts in food processor or blender.
- Beat butter and honey together until smooth.
- Add pecans.
- Serve with Pumpkin Pancakes or Waffles.
- Makes one cup.
