Pumpkin Pancakes Or Waffles Recipe

Pumpkin Pancakes Or Waffles Recipe
I found this recipe a few years ago from a B & B in Kentucky. The smell that fills your home when these are cooking is amazing. I wish there was a candle or room spray that smelled liked that.

OMG these are on the menu for this weekend.. Thank you for this post, just what I was looking for AND MORE! AWESOME!

Wow - I can imagine the aroma these would produce! Great post...thanks!

I'm making these tomorrow morning for breakfast with some maple cured bacon!

I made these this morning. Quite awesome! Everyone was raving about them, and the pancakes were so light! I made a couple of adjustments. I used fresh pumpkin, boiled down. With the honey butter, I used raw pumpkin seeds rather than pecans (Wonderful!). With the pumpkin sauce, I halved the recipe and added 2 tbsp melted butter. It was creamy and very flavorful! Thanks so much for posting the recipe. It was wonderful!

This recipe sounds wonderful and the topping variations are great ideas!
Making them this morning!
