Ingredients
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbls. lemon rind, finely grated shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. lemon extract shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped shopping list
- 1 jar lemon curd or your favorite homemade shopping list
- 24 vanilla wafer cookies, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, blend with mixer the Mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon rind, vanilla and lemon extracts until smooth
- Fold in whipped cream
- In Parfait glasses, layer crushed cookies, curd, then Mascarpone filling, using twice as much filling as crumbs and curd
- Repeat layers
