This is a recipe I obtained from the Baxter Estate when I purchased the family collection in Fate, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Directions
  1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil then heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. Cut pork crosswise into 12 slices.
  3. Flatten slices between plastic wrap or waxed paper with a meat mallet to 1/2" thickness.
  4. Brush pork with oil then coat with sesame seeds.
  5. Cover and grill pork 6" from medium heat for 15 minutes turning once.
  6. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat then cook garlic in butter 2 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low then add cream cheese and milk.
  8. Cook stirring constantly until smooth and hot then stir in chives and serve warm with pork.
