- 1 single serving size bag of Nacho cheese Doritos shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 cup V8 or tomato juice shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 large jar of salsa shopping list
- 1 pkg of spaghetti noodles shopping list
- Shredded Monterey jack cheese; optional shopping list
How to make it
- Put Doritos in a food processor and grind to a fine powder.
- (Doritos take the 'role' of the Parmesan cheese in this recipe) Meanwhile brown your ground beef.
- Add next 5 ingredients.
- Simmer while cooking the noodles to desired doneness.
- Pour meat mixture over pasta.
- Plate.
- Add cheese, if desired and top with Dorito powder
