Pierogie Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 box of bowtie pasta; cooked altente

5 cups of mashed potatoes

1 tbsp salt

1 bag of shredded cheese of choice

1 small yellow onion chopped

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

While cooking your pasta and potatoes separately, in a small pan saute' a cup of the diced onions until translucent.

Stir onions & salt into your potatoes.

Drain and set aside pasta not worrying about it cooling down.

In a medium baking dish spray Pam coating it nicely.

Then add a layer of pasta, cheese , then potatoes repeat until gone. Bake until cheese is melted.
