Don'tcha love breakfast?

There are sooooo many ways to experiment to find new flavors. Seeing some of the recipes here makes me think of some of the trials (and occasional errors) I have had. Sometimes I'll make an egg sandwich with seasonings/spices mixed in topped (and bottomed of course) with cheese (another place providing variation). Seein the breakfast scramble above makes me think of my version, with diced potatoes, onion and poblano peppers (and again, with any variety of shredded cheeses). I prefer to let the natural flavors of the ingredients (which can easily be modified by additions or removals) work in the scramble. Somewhere on here I have a scramble version where seasonings and spices are featured with the potatoes, eggs and cheese (Emeril's Original Essence and Southwest Essence are two favorites).

Keep the recipes coming! I look forward to seeing them, and perhaps even trying them!

I never skip breakfast, even if it is just a fruit smoothie from my blender! I love to cook breakfast though, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, whatever. It is fun to experiment with all the flavors.

I do love breakfast - and if I could, I would eat a big breakfast everyday. Though I usually end up with smoothies, I do enjoy a variety of breakfasts that are not considered 'big' and often make it for lunch. I look forward to seeing the variety of recipes that land up here and in adding my own.

Me too. I love breakfast and eat it every day - usually just a bowl of cereal by myself before work, but I love fixing something on weekend like waffles
