Grew up on the ubiquitous tuna fish casserole, and the occasional homemade macaroni and cheese. One Dog (The), one Cat (Gingee) no kids :-( but my guy pal who eats like a growing kid...I host monthly dinner-and-jam parties (think great food and live music jam) where there is usually at least one casserole dish provided for party goers.

Glad to be a part of the group....

My name is Cheryl, I am 53 years old. I have been cooking for what seems to be a lifetime, being from a large family (eight kids). I had to learn that casseroles are the only way to with all of us.....it's cheaper to feed a family that way. I like to do all kinds of crafty things things. And at the moment, I am painting and redecorating my trailer. A lot of it is with the crafts that I do. I also recycle furniture finds found at yard sales and flea markets, and that is how I decorate. I do bead work, sewing, embroidery, needlepoint, yarncrafts, projects with plastic canvas, painting, and quilting, apholstery, baking and cake decorating, gardening, and crafts for profit, but cooking is still my #1. Believe me, I never get bored. I have 2 grown children, a boy and a girl, and 3 grandsons. I have a boyfriend named Alfred. And a Pomeranian, named Sophie. She is my spoiled brat-child.
