10 Grain Cinnamon Raisin Bread

    Recipe by Trigger: 10 Grain Cinnamon Raisin Bread

    Had a partial 10 grain flour bag in the fridge to be used, so I found this recipe.
    Thought I did a better job of rolling up the bread but as the picture proves out I didn't do a very good job.
    Taste is there. It took a long time to rise, especially having to do three rises.
    Baked 50 minutes to get internal temp to 190F but maybe that is because I was reading the gooey mass of raisins in the middle. :(
