Another one of Pat's chicken recipes

    I was looking for a new chicken recipe and came across this one of Pat's that I made (looks like) two years ago or so? Has Pat been away that long? I wanted to link it back here. There is a picture on the recipe.

    My whole family loved this! I used a smoke mozz., which added a nice flavor. I asked my husband as we were eating it how he liked it and he said, "what's not to like about cheese and bacon?" haha, it's true! I seasoned up my breast first with salt and the lemon pepper, then did the honey/mustard drizzle, which I did like Frankie and had mixed together. I also pre cooked my bacon some to make sure it would be crispy coming out of the oven. I could not get that yummy browning like Frankie got either :( My broiler cooks way to uneven I guess and would have ended up burning the cheese in some spots. This is so delicious and I added my picture to the recipe page :)

    Definitely! If you have a Trader Joe's around you they have some good smoked mozz for really cheap. I take a trip there every couple of months (it's about a 45 min. drive) to stock up on their cheeses and coffee, and they have the best jams and tomato/spaghetti sauces and flavored pasta's. Okay I could go on and on lol :)

    I LOVE Trader Joe's..we have one in Chico, it's about 35 minute drive or so. I bet this recipe was so good with smoked mozz Michelle! I do have this one bookmarked, so I'll be making it at one point or another! As always, very nice pic:)
