    Applebees Bourbon Street Steak
I'm not an Applebee's fan. I've eaten there twice and have not been happy with the food for the price I paid. But, I guess that's not the point here.
The steak was good but I don't think I'd make it again. It wasn't bad, but - I don't know. Not memorable or different. Maybe its my mood today. :-)

I have heard Applebee's in not that great but I have never been there to know! Did you use one of those mini steaks again? Like always you caught perfect timing on lighting, beautiful pic!

How was the tenderness and the chew?

Yes, I used the same steak as last weekend - the rest of the petite sirloin ball tips I bought, which are very, very tender, especially for the price.
    Thank you, ml2c. :)

I thought the same thing--you used the ball tip sirloin again and again it's a beautiful photo. All the years Applebee's have been around, I don't think I've ever eaten there either. I wish I liked steak but maybe these recipes could be used on pork chops.

We have eaten at Applebee's several times. The bourbon steak is okay, if you like the taste of whiskey and the chef on duty actually cooks it as ordered. (Medium rare sometimes shows up with no red / pink in the center.) I will bookmark this one for future reference - will definitely try it. I never thought of using pork chops but it sounds good!
