I actually made this a while ago and forgot to post it but remember it being delicious!! The little one's loved it! Highly recommended!

yeah, it was a little broken up, but it was my first time making hollandaise. I've made some since then to go over eggs and it turned out better....just takes practice!!

Looks wonderful ML2C..I haven't made hollandaise before, but Rick has:) When he makes it he uses a double boiler..he uses the recipe from my old red & white checkered Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook..It's a real treat to have Eggs Benedict for a weekend breakfast!
